The process begins when we visit you in home and carry out a detailed measure and quote. With this information, a plan is drawn and given to our in house cutters. Our cutters will specifically cut and tailor the carpet to the exact shape and size of the room. This premium service makes for a seamless laying process in the home during the next stage.

Wool vs Nylon?
Both nylon and wool are durable, hard wearing, soft underfoot and have stain resistant qualities. Nylon has the added ability to not fade in sun exposed areas and not shed. Wool is naturally fire resistant and non allergenic while it also has a natural ability to to regulate moisture, creating a healthy and dry home environment.
How long will it take to lay my carpet?
For average sized homes, laying carpet in 2-3 rooms should take approximately 3 hours. Larger homes may take a day or sometimes, spread over two days if the property is exceptionally large.
